Clueless... What should I be looking for in an HDTV?

Two of these answers are great, get a TV with all the features!!! Unfortunately you won't find any TVs at $1200 with 1080p 120hz in a Samsung, Sony, or Sharp. I like the Samsung PM42A450 @ $1199. It's a 720P plasma, but it looks really good and just came out.
