WINTER TORNADOS: What did we see?

That's pretty hard to imagine in January, but not impossible. I've never seen a water spout since I live in Oklahoma, but I've seen lots of videos. Tornadoes can do strange things, like hover in the same spot for several minutes. Rope tornadoes and water spouts tend to be pretty weak, again I find it hard to imagine one in January sustaining for an hour. Didn't happen to get a photo did ya?
