Facing a hysterectomy...what can I expect?

Well, you won't have to deal with any more periods at all anymore, but expect some hormonal in-balance. You will be put prescription medicine and it will be painful for a while. I have a couple of friends that had to have that done. They were a mess for a while until the pill kicked in and helped them deal with their hormonal in-balance.
