Is thiss posssibleeeee?!??!?!?!!?

the doctor prescribed this soap for the acne in my face it was oil free, but now its out of stock -.- so im using this other type of soap called "clearasel" and its also oil free.. do u think it can cause breakouts? since its not the soap i used to use? . or is it good since its oil free? ..
